The home departs from her usual polished image, featuring a warm, lived‑in atmosphere with colorful patterns, vintage finds, and cozy furnishings. The interior designer Heidi Caillier and architect Kirby Lee collaborated to build the house from the ground up, after a renovation plan proved too expensive. The living room showcases a large sectional covered in a bold floral fabric, a choice Jenner made immediately upon seeing it. The kitchen combines dark wood cabinets, marble counters, a blue Lacanche range, and a red‑and‑white checkered floor, creating a rustic yet vibrant space. A fireplace, inspired by Kris Jenner, was added to the plans after a text exchange between the sisters. Guest accommodations include built‑in sleeping nooks and a 2020 Airstream Bambi trailer, which serves as extra lodging with a kitchenette and bathing area.
