By using NRI Bytes (the “Service”), operated by NexGen Tech Solutions, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
The Service
NRI Bytes provides news for Indians in America, Canada and India, drawing on publicly available reporting by other news organisations that is credited on each story. Stories can be translated into several languages.
AI-generated content
Stories are written with the help of AI from the reporting we credit. AI can make mistakes, and translations may not be perfect. Content is provided for general information, is not professional advice (legal, immigration, financial, medical or otherwise), and should be checked against official sources before you rely on it. For immigration matters in particular, consult a qualified attorney.
Your account
You can use most of the Service without an account. If you sign in, keep access to your email secure and tell us if you suspect misuse. You can delete your account at any time in the app or at /delete-account.
Acceptable use
- Don't misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt it, or access it by automated means to copy content at scale.
- Don't submit unlawful, misleading or infringing advertisements.
- Don't use Ask AI to produce harmful content.
Advertising
Advertisements are labelled “Sponsored”. We review ads before they run and may remove any ad. We are not responsible for the content of advertisers' websites. Advertising terms and pricing are agreed with advertisers separately.
Intellectual property
The Service, its design and original articles are owned by NexGen Tech Solutions or its licensors. Names and marks of news organisations credited in stories belong to them. If you believe content on the Service infringes your rights, email contact@nribytes.com and we will review it promptly.
Disclaimer and liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, NexGen Tech Solutions is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service.
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
