Playback singer Kanika Kapoor has announced her decision to separate from her husband, Gautam Hathiramani, after four years of marriage. The artist shared the news via social media, asking for privacy and kindness as they handle the transition.

The couple previously wed in May 2022 during an intimate ceremony in London after a friendship spanning nearly fifteen years. Reports and interviews indicated that conflicting work schedules and frequent travel contributed to growing differences.
